5 Voices Assessment Presented by Dan Deeble and Adrienne Runnebaum, Lost Ball Consulting

We’re excited to have Dan Deeble and Adrienne Runnebaum from Lost Ball Consulting join us to facilitate a workshop on the 5 Voices Assessment. This curriculum was designed for second year Mentees and their Mentors only.
During this time, you will learn your leadership voice and discover a deeper understanding of your strengths, tendencies, and values so that you can “know yourself to lead yourself.” I believe you’ll find this to be impactful in your professional and personal lives, experiencing growth in things such as:
● Self-awareness
● Team health and alignment
● Communication
● Productivity & execution
● ...and more
You may remember Dan and Adrienne from our 2023 Retreat. Dan offered a keynote regarding the 5 VOICES, followed by a breakout session led by Adrienne. This time, however, you will actually take your assessment beforehand, so the training will be even more impactful and personal (more details to come)!
