Applications are reviewed year-round for the program, but only one formal class is accepted annually in September. Applications must be received by July 19th to be considered for that year's class. There is a $150 application, background and HF4D profile processing fee. Please make checks payable to HEMP. (This fee is waived if you were a candidate for the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce 2010 Small Business of the Year Award, in which case you must provide documentation.)
